REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: May 25, 2026
 

Thank you for supporting BeastCore Fitness. This Refund Policy explains how refunds, credits, cancellations, and exchanges are handled for memberships, classes, personal training, challenges, merchandise, drinks, and digital or printed products.

By purchasing a BeastCore Fitness product, service, membership, class, challenge, event, or digital resource, you agree to this Refund Policy.
 

1. General Refund Policy

All sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in writing.

Refunds, credits, transfers, or exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of BeastCore Fitness.

We encourage all members, clients, and customers to review service details, class schedules, event descriptions, prices, and product information before purchasing.
 

2. Memberships, Contracts, and Failed Payments

BeastCore Fitness memberships are committed membership agreements. By enrolling in a membership, you agree to the terms, payment schedule, and commitment period selected at the time of signup.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • Membership payments are non-refundable once processed.

  • Memberships cannot be transferred to another person.

  • Missed classes do not qualify for a refund.

  • Failure to attend classes does not qualify for a refund.

  • A membership cancellation request does not remove responsibility for any unpaid balance already owed.

  • Members are responsible for keeping an active and valid payment method on file.

  • If a payment fails, the member remains responsible for the missed payment and any remaining balance due under the membership agreement.

  • If a membership is cancelled, suspended, or terminated due to failed payments, the member is still responsible for the remaining balance owed under the committed membership agreement.

  • BeastCore Fitness reserves the right to pause access to classes, personal training, virtual training, challenges, events, or member benefits until the account is brought current.

  • Past-due balances may be subject to collection efforts, payment follow-up, or account restrictions where allowed by law.
     

Cancellation requests must be submitted according to the cancellation process stated in the signed membership agreement. Cancellation stops future billing only when properly submitted and approved according to the membership terms. It does not erase unpaid balances, failed payments, late fees, returned payments, or amounts already owed.

If a billing error occurs, please contact BeastCore Fitness as soon as possible so we can review and correct the issue.
 

BeastCore Fitness memberships are committed contracts for the selected membership term. Early cancellation, failed payment, card decline, account closure, non-attendance, or lack of facility use does not automatically release the member from the remaining balance owed under the agreement. If a membership is cancelled due to failed payments, the member remains responsible for all unpaid amounts and any remaining balance due for the committed membership term, unless otherwise approved in writing by BeastCore Fitness.

3. Drop-In Classes

Drop-in class payments are non-refundable.
 

If you cannot attend a class you paid for, BeastCore Fitness may allow a one-time credit toward a future class if notice is provided before the class begins. Credits are not guaranteed and are handled at BeastCore Fitness’s discretion.
 

4. Personal Training Sessions

Personal training sessions are scheduled based on coach availability.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Personal training payments are non-refundable.

  • Missed sessions or no-shows are not refundable.

  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened session.

  • Sessions may be rescheduled if proper notice is given.

  • Rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance.
     

If a coach must cancel or reschedule a session, BeastCore Fitness will offer a new session time or credit for the missed session.
 

5. Fitness Challenges and Special Events

Payments for fitness challenges, workshops, pop-up classes, special events, and limited programs are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the event details.

If a challenge or event includes a commitment fee, deposit, or registration fee, the refund terms will be explained in the event announcement or registration instructions.

If an event is cancelled by BeastCore Fitness, participants may receive a refund, credit, or transfer option depending on the event type.
 

6. Digital Products

Digital products, including but not limited to the BeastCore Survival Guide, downloadable PDFs, workout plans, nutrition guides, trackers, and digital resources, are non-refundable once delivered, downloaded, emailed, accessed, or purchased.

Because digital products cannot be returned, all digital sales are final.

If you experience a technical issue accessing a digital product, contact BeastCore Fitness so we can help resolve the issue.
 

7. Printed Workbooks and Physical Products

Printed materials, including workbooks, guides, and printed resources, are final sale unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery or pickup.

If there is an issue with a printed product, contact BeastCore Fitness within 7 days of receiving the item.

Approved exchanges or replacements may require proof of purchase and photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
 

8. Apparel and Merchandise

Apparel and merchandise sales are final unless otherwise stated.

Exchanges may be considered for sizing issues if:

  • The item is unworn

  • The item is unwashed

  • The item is not damaged

  • The item is returned in its original condition

  • The exchange request is made within 7 days of purchase

Custom apparel, limited-run items, sale items, and special orders may not be eligible for refund or exchange.
 

9. Drinks, Shakes, and Consumable Products

Energy drinks, pre-made protein drinks, custom protein shakes, recovery shakes, and other consumable products are final sale.

Due to the nature of food and beverage products, refunds or exchanges are not available once purchased.

If there is an issue with a product, please notify BeastCore Fitness immediately before consuming it.
 

10. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method when possible.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, card issuer, or platform used.

BeastCore Fitness is not responsible for delays caused by banks, card companies, payment processors, or third-party platforms.

For fitness or training businesses, it is especially important that the refund policy is clearly posted before purchase so customers understand cancellation, no-show, and refund expectations. Mississippi has specific refund timing rules for certain education/training institutions, but those rules may not apply to every gym or fitness studio; still, they show why clear written terms matter.
 

11. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact BeastCore Fitness first so we can review the issue.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may delay resolution.

We reserve the right to provide payment records, attendance records, policy documents, and communication history to payment processors when responding to chargebacks or disputes.
 

12. Cancellations by BeastCore Fitness

If BeastCore Fitness cancels a class, event, training session, or service, we may offer one or more of the following:

  • Rescheduled class or session

  • Account credit

  • Transfer to another class or event

  • Refund, when appropriate

Refunds are not guaranteed for schedule changes unless BeastCore Fitness determines that a refund is appropriate.
 

13. How to Request a Refund or Credit Review

To request a refund, credit, replacement, or exchange review, contact us with:

  • Your name

  • Date of purchase

  • Product or service purchased

  • Payment method used

  • Reason for request

  • Supporting details or photos, if applicable

Requests should be submitted as soon as possible.
