Most people do not quit because they are lazy. They quit because life gets busy, motivation fades, food gets confusing, the scale gets loud, and nobody is holding them accountable.

BeastCore Fitness was created to help people build a stronger body, a stronger mindset, and a lifestyle they can actually maintain.

We believe fitness should be challenging — but it should also be practical, honest, and built around real life.

Co-Founder & Lead Coach

Bridgett brings the encouragement, strategy, and mindset shift. Her coaching style is supportive but firm. She helps clients simplify nutrition, build better habits, stay consistent, and believe in themselves again.

Brandon brings the straight talk, structure, and tough love. His coaching style is direct, honest, and built around accountability. He helps clients stop negotiating with excuses and start building the discipline needed to follow through.
